Like in ****** for example:
Jumperskirt
Blouse
Skirt
Knee socks
Petticoat
MaryJanes
Head bow
Parasol
Bloomers
Head bow, etc
But for this I mean just the average girls clothing, because I buy a lot of stuff and it ends up not really going with other stuff I have, or I buy outfits with stuff which won’t match anything else.

It depends on your style.
Basics to layer with are great (tanks, tshirts, henleys, ect)
Flats that can be dressed up or down.
Dark was jeans without any embellishment.
A peacoat for winter and a trench for summer.

I hope your ****** example doesn’t apply to today…
Some basics – dark wash skinny jeans, ballet flats (probably black), long Bohemian necklace that can go with a lot of different outfits (silver?), Zip up fleece or sweatshirt (depending on climate), bright solid color t-shirts

You’re awesome. Techno in the screen name + ****** reference in the question makes you amazing, bonus points if you meant the actual character ******.
For me for everyday wear (club wear gets a little more “involved” even though it has fewer items) the list would be:
Work-wearable pants (black and gray pinstripe and black)
Black skirt, knee length
Black/net knee-his or lacy ankle socks for the skirt that double as clubwear.
Work-wearable shirts (One each of tight stretchy button up black, gray, and brown short sleeved polo)
Black flats for work and everyday
Black heels (The Eden style from Lover’s Lane, where I work, are great, and despite how high the heel looks they’re quite comfy) for work, formal occasions, and occasional club wear
Tight pants, dark denim
Long-sleeved tight black turtleneck (for work under a cute vest, for winter, as an under layer to make a work shirt look more casual, or for clubwear under a corset on a chilly night with a big line to get in)
Long white flowy skirt (for a lighter “girlish” look, and to layer under the knee-length black skirt)
Couple of tank tops to wear with the fiance’s sweatpants for hanging out with friends at the house, or to show off tattoos on warm days.
Silver necklace with handcuff key (almost never comes off, don’t want to lose my spare and people “in the know” never fail to smile at me when I’m working).
Piece of ribbon around the neck, cute girlish accessory.
***
The clubwear list goes:
All of the above, plus
PVC corset
Latex skirt
Short black skirt
Latex leggings
Big thigh-hi boots (Casino style from my work)
Gas mask
Goggles
Synth dread extensions
But then again, I don’t exactly go to college night…
***
Makeup essentials:
Eyeliner, stick and liquid, and black and brown
Neutral earth tone eyeshadow
Dark silver/light silver eyeshadow
White eyeshadow (for highlighting)
Eyeshadow primer (Try the Urban Decay stuff, it’s heavenly)
Foundation
Lip liner (one semi-neutral, one dark)
Neutral/natural “downplayed” lipstick
Dark and glossy “night” lipstick”
Setting powder.
This is easily the longest answer I’ve ever written. x.x
