when say girls are you talking about misses? If so then would say u are about 6 to an 8. next time you go shopping tell them to measure u for ur correct size. that should help

I went through the same thing a few years ago! If you’re
like me, you probably wear either 0’s or 1’s in jeans. And
in shirts, probably a small. You can normally tell what
size you need in a shirt by just looking at it. I hope that
